A lifelong lover of cooking, grilling on her Traeger, and sharing homemade treats with family and friends, Joanne eventually found her calling in the art of sourdough.

Her journey began with a desire to create healthier, more natural baked goods using wholesome ingredients. After months of experimentation and perfecting her recipes, she founded Sour Jo’s Sourdough Bakery—a place where quality, flavor, and well-being come together.

At Sour Jo’s, Joanne crafts every loaf, cookie, and sweet treat using organic ingredients, free from preservatives and artificial additives. Her mission is simple: to provide a delicious, healthier alternative to mass-produced baked goods.
