“Freshness Guarantee & Ordering Policy

At Sour Jo’s Sourdough Bakery, we bake all of our products to order to ensure the highest level of freshness. We do not keep an inventory of pre-made items.

Due to the time required for natural sourdough fermentation, all orders must be placed by 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday for Saturday and Sunday delivery.
